P&G has been named by Working Mother Magazine as one of the Top 10 on the National Association of Female Executives’ (NAFE) 2014 List of Best Companies for Female Executives.

“We are pleased to hold this prestigious ranking for more than five years in a row. It is a strong testimony to P&G’s commitment to the advancement of women, senior level commitment, and importantly, the high caliber of senior female leadership here at P&G,” said William Gipson, P&G Chief Diversity Officer.

P&G has five female board members, robust mentoring programs and flexible work arrangements like P&G’s flex@work, a program that enables employees to deliver business results while meeting personal needs, and growing their careers. The official award will come in April.
